Is my money safe? Can APEX withdraw funds?
Never. APEX connects to your brokers with read and execute permissions only. Withdrawal access is explicitly excluded from all API scopes. Your funds stay in your accounts, under your control, at all times. APEX places orders on your behalf — nothing else.
Which brokers and platforms are supported?
Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Coinbase, Binance, Degiro, Hyperliquid, Polymarket, and Kalshi are live or in final testing. 14 additional brokers and exchanges are in progress. If you use a platform not on the list, join the waitlist and mention it — we prioritize based on user demand.
Is this automated trading? Does it place orders without my input?
No. APEX never executes without an explicit confirmation from you. You form the conviction, you review the strategies, you click execute. APEX handles the coordination across accounts — not the decision-making. Think of it as the execution layer for your own judgment, not a replacement for it.
How is this different from a Bloomberg Terminal?
Bloomberg excels at institutional instruments, fixed income data, and professional news flow. It does not connect to retail crypto exchanges, Polymarket, Hyperliquid, or Robinhood. It does not execute across multiple retail accounts simultaneously. And it costs $2,000 per month. APEX is built for the cross-asset retail trader who thinks like a macro PM but operates outside institutional infrastructure.
What happens if one order fails during a multi-account execution?
Each leg executes independently. If one fails — due to insufficient funds, a connectivity issue, or a broker rejection — the other legs proceed and you receive an immediate alert about the failed leg with the specific reason. Partial execution is almost always better than no execution in macro trades, so APEX does not roll back successful orders if one leg fails.
